Job Details
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Litigation/Employment Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a crucial member of our firm, you will play a pivotal role in representing our clients in complex business litigation and employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal counsel to clients on business disputes, including contract disputes, intellectual property matters, and regulatory compliance.
Handle all aspects of litigation, from case inception to resolution, including pre–trial motions, depositions, trial preparation, and negotiations.
Advise clients on employment law matters, including discrimination claims, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conduct legal research to stay up–to–date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing them with sound legal advice and strategic guidance.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation and employment law.
Strong litigation skills, including excellent courtroom presence and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in legal research and writing.
Exceptional analytical and problem–solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Commitment to providing high–quality legal services with a client–centered approach.
