Job description: 
Position:Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
Location: Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, DC
Experience: 1 to 4 years Salary: $215,000 – $295,000
Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters related to intellectual property, including trade secrets and other soft IP areas.
- Conduct research and analysis to support legal strategies.
- Draft persuasive legal documents, including briefs and motions.
- Work collaboratively within a high–performing team environment.
- Assume immediate responsibility for assigned tasks.
IMPORTANT: Sole practitionerswill not work, and candidates must have an experience in Am Law 200
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Illinois, California, New York, or District of Columbia Bar, active and in good standing.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in research and analysis.
- Excellent persuasive writing abilities.
- Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science preferred but not required.
