IP - Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid)

Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking an IP Litigation Paralegal in Chicago, IL on a direct hire basis for our law firm client.

Hybrid Schedule :4 days in office for the first 6 months. 3 days in the office, 2 days at home is standard firm policy.

Summary:

The IP Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, specializing in intellectual property cases. Responsibilities include assisting in various legal proceedings, document preparation and filing, conducting research, and managing case logistics. Qualifications include a college degree, at least 5 years of IP litigation experience, familiarity with legal procedures, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
