IP Patent Contract Attorney 4-month to One-Year Assignment

Full–Time Patent Trademark Contract Attorney Immediate need for a 4–month minimum to One–year assignment – COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE. Experienced in the areas of litigation, preparation, prosecution, and licensing for both patents and trademarks. Someone with experience in each of the foregoing plus U.S. and foreign data privacy laws would also be ideal as they frequently handle data privacy issues for clients. Including other IP–related areas such, as pre–litigation demands (and responses) and due diligences. If you are someone who already has a strong patent and trademark foundation this should be able to easily pick up on those additional projects with ease. This position would be full–time assisting the lead partner and group of a most reputable firm, great culture, great support and comradery in this IP group and throughout the firm.
