Corporate Solicitor 3yrs+PQE

Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with this Legal 500 Firm who are looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor into their Team.

The Firm focus on building long–term relationships with their clients and have a strong regional reputation as well as many of their Partners often sharing their knowledge in national conferences and seminars.

The role is a varied position ranging from M&A's, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructuring and mergers and Intellectual Property licences.

Requirements of the Role:–

• Corporate Solicitor with 3yrs+ PQE.
• Good experience of running a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills.
• Experience in marketing, networking and business development activities.

Hours – Flexible/Hybrid offered.
