Salary: $130,000 – $195,000 per year

Job Details

A prominent law firm committed to excellence and client satisfaction is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, providing comprehensive legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment–related matters.


  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and

hour compliance, and employee benefits.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Represent clients in employment–related litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, and provide proactive counsel to clients accordingly.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective employment practices and policies.
  • Advise on workplace investigations, employee discipline, and termination procedures.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in employment law.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing employment law.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Strong litigation experience
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
Demonstrated commitment to client service and building strong client relationships.
