Job Details
As a IP Paralegal, you will be a crucial part of our dynamic legal team, providing comprehensive support in managing our growing intellectual property portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast–paced environment, handling a diverse array of responsibilities related to patent law, copyright law, and intellectual property law. You will be primarily responsible for conducting legal research, assisting attorneys, preparing legal documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of various IP–related activities.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare new files, and follow up on signed assignments as well as Power of Attorney documents for US, PCT, and foreign patent applications.
• Prepare and maintain IP docket and admin support for US, PCT, and foreign patent applications
• Responsible for deadlines and filing for US, PCT, and foreign patent applications
• Coordinate the filing of formality documents, including oaths/declarations, powers of attorney forms, assignments, information disclosure statements, and formal drawings, and patent applications with the US Patent Trademark Office (USPTO)
• Communicate with the USPTO and foreign associates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IP Paralegal or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in legal research, patent law, copyright law, and intellectual property law.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
