We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for litigation and a drive to make a real difference for our clients. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to handle a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, from inception through trial and appeal.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
2. Developing and implementing litigation strategies, conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and arguing motions in state and federal courts.
3. Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
4. Advising clients on potential litigation risks and devising strategies to manage these risks.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional client service, including responding promptly to client inquiries and regularly updating clients on case progress.
6. Collaborating effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure the efficient and timely handling of cases.
7. Staying up–to–date on developments in commercial litigation law and contributing to the firm's thought leadership in this area.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
4. Exceptional litigation skills, including excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem–solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
7. A high level of professionalism and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
8. The ability to work independently and manage a substantial caseload, while also working effectively as part of a team.
9. A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
10. Experience with e–discovery and litigation technology is a plus.
