What You'll Bring:

  • Seven years' experience in corporate transactions and real estate.
  • An exceptional ability to understand, analyze, and tackle complex legal issues.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A wealth of experience drafting a variety of key legal documents.
  • Proficiency with essential software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
  • A California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification and a bachelor's degree.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this full–time role is $90,000 to $120,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job–related skills, qualifications, and location. Hybrid opportunities to be considered for the right candidate.
