We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex and high–profile litigation cases. The successful candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including litigation, trial practice, IP law, copyright law, and entertainment law. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of working on a diverse portfolio of cases and thrives in a fast–paced, collaborative environment.

  • Provide expert legal advice and support across a wide range of business litigation matters, including intellectual property, copyright, and entertainment law.
  • Manage all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre–trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
  • Represent the company in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
  • Collaborate with cross–functional teams to identify and manage legal risks.
  • Maintain up–to–date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends that impact the company and our clients.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various business–related matters.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff.

Job Details


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on trial practice, IP law, copyright law, and entertainment law.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases from inception to conclusion.
  • Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and problem–solving skills.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team–oriented environment and to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.
