Position Overview:
We are seeking accomplished Partner/Shareholder candidates, both Equity and Non–Equity, to join our dynamic team. Open to a wide range of legal disciplines, we are particularly interested in professionals with proven track records in Corporate Law, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Tax, Environmental Law, and beyond. This role is designed for forward–thinking leaders eager to contribute to our firm's strategic goals and drive continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high–quality legal services.
Contribute to the firm's growth by maintaining and expanding your book of business.
Lead and mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion.
Participate in firm management, policy–making, and practice development activities.
Stay abreast of developments in your respective practice area(s) and the legal industry.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
A minimum book of business requirement applies $500,000 for Non–Equity Partners and $1 million+ for Equity Partners.
Demonstrated excellence in legal practice with a minimum of 8 years of experience for Non–Equity candidates and 10+ years for Equity candidates.
Strong leadership, client relationship, and team collaboration skills.
A commitment to diversity, community service, and professional development.
