Full Time Lexicon Trademark Search Associate

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary trademark searches
• Assist with administrative systems and processes
• Partner with Lexicon’s creative team to discuss search strategies for client projects & discuss name candidates prior to presenting to clients

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with trademark law and screening
• BA/BS degree
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in the creation and management of documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Strong computer and internet application skills
• Flexibility and positive attitude in the face of a fast-changing environment
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills

Compensation & Additional Requirements:

• Annual salary ranges from $85K to $95K.
• This is a full-time position and employees must work in our San Francisco Bay Area office 3+ days per week. Preference for in-office 5 days/week. Candidates must be eligible and authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
