Haloo is looking for an industry expert and driven sales professional to join our sales team as Enterprise Account Executive and kick off a period of hypergrowth and aggressive expansion. In this role, you will build relationships with trademark professionals and be responsible for showcasing and selling Haloo's solutions. You're a self-starter, a relationship-builder, and a closer – hungry to succeed and crush targets, results-driven, engaging and fun to be around. You will have defined monthly and yearly goals, and your key metrics are conversion and deals closed.

Strategic accounts-based outreach: own an account list and develop new prospects and targeted customer lists. Build a comprehensive plan by analyzing ideal key customers and crafting strategies to meet and surpass your revenue targets. 

Product demos: Conduct in-depth product demos to showcase the value of Haloo’s products to prospective buyers and drive engagement. Develop your own unique way of highlighting Haloo’s value to users, in a way that addresses their pain points and needs.   

Managing sales pipeline: regular follow-up with prospects - strategic, actionable steps to move leads through the sales funnel and progress deals through pipeline stages; managing pipeline to ensure that sales goals will be achieved. 

Closing deals: proposing and negotiating pricing, ensuring seamless pass-off to Customer Success team as deals close. 

Meet targets: consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, activity, and pipeline goals thanks to your hard work and strategic planning. 

Relationship management: build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and pain points and providing top-notch customer service throughout their experience. 

Constant cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with Junior AEs and BDRs to identify new opportunities, prospects and areas of focus, and with Customer Success team to ensure seamless transition of users and top-notch customer service throughout their Haloo journey, and to relay customer feedback and priorities for future improvements. 


Administrative & Other  

Excellent CRM hygiene! Diligently document all interactions and touchpoints with prospects in company CRM, HubSpot. 

Use HubSpot to measure and track goals and progress. 

Constant strategic analysis, using data from HubSpot, to ensure you're on track to meet monthly/quarterly goals, and pivot or plan accordingly. 

Create reports in HubSpot to measure personal and team KPIs. 

Representing Haloo online: Maintain an active and relevant LinkedIn presence, by connecting with prospects and industry members, and promoting Haloo, industry news, and our marketing materials to drive engagement. 

Representing Haloo in person: Attending trade shows, industry events or conventions on an as-needed basis, to represent Haloo and build brand awareness, market presence and lead capture. 

Training: Providing prospecting training and strategies Junior AEs and BDRs. 


Requirements (Sound like you?) 

Experience: We're looking for a unique combination of industry experience in intellectual property, trademarks and/or legal tech plus sales experience, closing complex deals involving multiple decision makers. Experience in an early-stage start-up environment. Experience using Slack and Zoom is a plus. 

Track record of success: History of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.   

Results-driven: You are hungry to succeed and crush your targets and have a very strong work ethic. You are flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to try out new sales techniques or strategies to achieve your goals.  

Great communicator: Excellent written and oral communication. Part of your job is to capture people's attention and showcase the value Haloo can bring. You’re able to do this both over the phone and in emails, conveying excitement for our solutions. You communicate in a clear, persuasive, and compelling manner.  

Highly organized: Excellent organizational skills, to keep track of prospects and data, work within HubSpot and track all interactions and data points consistently and follow SOPs meticulously. 

Strategic thinker: You love data and are always evaluating and looking to improve results based on what is and isn’t working. You figure out what matters most to people and can articulate value for them. You’re constantly adding value and looking for opportunities, based on the trends and info before you. 

Knowledge seeker: You are passionate about our product and a quick study on learning new tech and tools. You are hungry to learn about our customers and understand them deeply, and are constantly curious about trademarks, legal tech and our specializations and growing your expertise in these areas.

Adaptable team player: You love a start-up and understand that growth stage companies are constantly growing and evolving... and this is part of the fun! You are a true team player and are flexible in your expectations and approach. You are coachable and collaborative, and excited to be a player on the team and achieve common goals together. You are excited by periods of growth and change.  

Accountable. You do what you say you’re going to do and are comfortable working with goals, targets and challenges. You are comfortable working with the resources of a startup company and are always solution focused.
