The Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington, DC offices of Arnold & Porter are seeking junior to mid–level litigation associates with recent federal judicial clerkship experience to join our Litigation Practice Group. Arnold & Porter is widely recognized for our successful record in sensitive, complex, or high–stakes litigation. Our litigators work across the firm's offices as one multi–disciplinary team on precedent–setting cases in virtually every major sector, including Appellate and Supreme Court, Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, International Arbitration, Product Liability Litigation, Securities Enforcement and Litigation, and White Collar Defense. We are also proud to represent numerous clients in pro bono matters (our attorneys perform approximately 100,000 pro bono hours per year). We value the experience gained through judicial clerkships. Our litigation associates with federal clerkship experience receive substantive work upon their arrival at the firm. Most litigation associates work on matters that span different sectors and select a litigation focus by the end of their third year. Qualified candidates must join the firm in 2024 and have excellent legal analysis, writing skills, academic credentials, and references. Candidates must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
