Responsibilities:

  1. Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and employment litigation.
  2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
  3. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  4. Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favourable outcomes in litigation matters.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. Experience practicing commercial business litigation.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently.
