Sr. Legal Counsel – Global Supply Chain, FATP

Corporate Functions

Description

You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group who support development teams, advising engineering and operations teams on a wide variety of matters, including product assembly, technology development, sourcing strategy, and supplier relationships. You will collaborate with other legal groups and cross–functional business and engineering teams to strategize on, draft, and negotiate complex product assembly, equipment, manufacturing and other commercial agreements. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of transactional experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology agreements, including agreements related to intellectual property, manufacturing, and supply
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume or projects

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $217,300 and $326,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
