We are on the lookout for a dynamic, detail–oriented, and experienced Permanent Partner, Litigation to join our esteemed legal firm. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a solid background in litigation, specifically in the areas of plaintiff representation. As a Permanent Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the firm's strategic direction, driving business development, and maintaining the highest standards of legal service delivery. Your expertise in Maryland and Washington DC litigation practices will be instrumental in our firm's success.


1. Lead and manage a diverse range of litigation cases, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with the legal team, keeping the client's best interests in mind.
3. Represent plaintiffs effectively in court proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
4. Actively participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's client base.
5. Maintain up–to–date knowledge of Maryland and Washington DC legal practices and regulations, ensuring the firm's compliance at all times.
6. Collaborate with other partners to shape the firm's strategic direction and contribute to its overall growth and success.
7. Mentor and guide junior lawyers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages professional growth.
8. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical behavior.


1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Maryland and Washington DC Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on plaintiff representation.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse range of litigation cases.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve disputes efficiently.
6. Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
7. Excellent leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding junior lawyers.
8. Strong business development skills with a proven track record of attracting new clients.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
10. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
