Job Details

We are seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join our Health Care & Life Sciences practice in our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of three years of experience in patent prosecution within the life sciences industry.
Familiarity with technology transactions such as collaborations, licensing, outsourcing, and joint venture agreements.
Experience in evaluating and managing patent, trademark, and copyright portfolios, performing IP due diligence for corporate transactions, and handling strategic commercial agreements.
Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
A Juris Doctorate degree and admission to the USPTO.
Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania (additional admissions in Ohio, Tennessee, Oregon, or New Jersey are a plus).
