Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
BS in Molecular Biology PhD in molecular and cellular biology or similar (not pharmaceutical science or chemistry)plus:
- 2+ Years of preparing and prosecuting patent application experience
- Litigation, opinions, licensing, patent due diligence, and/or trademark experience preferred.
- Prior experience at a large or mid–sized law firm preferred
