Position: Attorney

Location: Bellevue, WA, or Overland Park, KS

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on marketing materials, offers, and new product launches.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for internal business clients.
• Advise on strategic legal and business matters, drive departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years of experience as an attorney.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited university.
• Current bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, interact with senior management, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong business sense and judgment.
• Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
• Interest in consumer protection, advertising, and intellectual property law.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Range: $160,100 – $216,600
