We are seeking a junior to mid-level candidate (2-4 years of experience preferred) to join our trademark practice in either Washington DC or Atlanta. Successful candidates must have 2-4 years of solid prosecution, counseling, and litigation experience, including preparing trademark clearance opinions, managing domestic and global trademark portfolios, and TTAB experience. Exceptional writing skills are a must.
