Special Counsel - IP Litigation

REQUIREMENTS
• Prior patent litigation experience; open to learning trademark litigation.
• Experience in ANDA litigation a plus.
• Educational background in biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or life sciences preferred.
• Ideal candidate will possess litigation experience throughout case lifecycle, including pre–trial analysis, discovery matters/disputes, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and their reports, court hearings, and trial.
