We are working with an international Am Law 100 firm with a robust client base that has an immediate need for an experienced IP litigator (4+ yrs) to join as an associate in its Chicago office, and focus on patent litigation. This thriving practice boasts a deep bench of attorneys who have successfully litigated complex cases in federal courts across the nation.

Responsibilities:
Advise clients on all aspects of patent litigation
Handle pre–litigation matters, including pre–suit investigations, discovery, cease–and–desist letters and patent clearance searches

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of patent litigation experience
Clerkship experience preferred
Excellent academic credentials
