About the Position:
Our client, a premier national Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an intellectual property litigation lawyer (3+ yrs) with patent litigation experience to join its Chicago office an associate. This growing and innovative practice has a national reach and regularly prosecutes and defends infringement, unfair competition, and misuse matters in courts across the country.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in patent litigation matters in courts across the country including the USPTO and U.S. International Trade Commission

Required Qualifications:
3 or more years of patent litigation experience
