We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Attorney/Partner to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent, full–time position that offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex legal issues in the areas of Labor, Employment, and Litigation. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our firm, providing high–quality legal services to our clients, while also contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Attorney/Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a broad range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and workplace safety issues.
2. Representing clients in litigation, including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and participating in trials.
3. Advising clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
4. Developing legal strategies and solutions to complex legal problems.
5. Negotiating and drafting employment contracts and other legal documents.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
7. Contributing to the firm's business development efforts, including participating in client pitches and networking events.
8. Mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and other legal staff.
9. Keeping up–to–date with the latest legal developments in the areas of labor, employment, and litigation.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on labor, employment, and litigation.
4. Proven trial and appellate experience.
5. Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
6. Strong negotiation and problem–solving abilities.
7. Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
8. Demonstrated business development skills, with a track record of contributing to the growth of a law firm or legal practice.
9. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
10. A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
