Job Details
We seek a full–time associate attorney for the firm's growing insurance coverage and bad faith practice group. The position also will involve working on other business litigation matters. Applicant must be licensed at minimum in Pennsylvania. Residency in the Western Pennsylvania region is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead attorneys in handling all aspects of counseling and litigation, including:
preparing insurance coverage opinion letters;
drafting pleadings;
drafting discovery requests and discovery responses;
preparing for and participating in depositions;
presenting motions; and
assisting in all aspects of dispositive motions practice and trials.
Qualifications:
Law licensure in Pennsylvania at minimum.
2–5 years experience in insurance coverage matters preferred, business litigation experience considered.
Strong, high level research and writing skills;
