Description:

We are a leading AmLaw 100 firm with a distinguished Trademark practice seeking a skilled Trademark Associate to join our Dallas office. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–5 years of trademark experience, particularly in representing large brand owners.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive trademark clearance searches and provide detailed analysis.
  • Manage trademark prosecution, including filing applications and handling office actions.
  • Offer strategic trademark counseling and enforcement advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement brand protection strategies.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including opinions, correspondence, and pleadings.

Qualifications:


  • 2–5 years of experience in trademark law, preferably with a large law firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement.
  • Strong academic credentials with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team–oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
