Leading national law firm seeks a senior attorney with insurance coverage experience. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in coverage/ litigation, third–party and/or first–party claims and in one or more insurance lines (Property, Professional Liability, Cyber, Intellectual Property, CGL).
Fully remote in the State of California or hybrid in their Northern or Southern CA office locations.
Responsibilities:
- Draft coverage opinions and litigation coverage matters
- Negotiating settlements of cases alongside clients of small to large cases with coverage issues
- Analysis of claims
- Legal Research
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in CA
- 8+ years of experience
- Strong research and writing skills
Base Salary 180k–225k+ Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid or Fully Remote
