ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audible (a division of Amazon Entertainment) is seeking a talented Corporate Counsel to join our legal team supporting the Audible service in Brazil and other LATAM countries. You will support multiple aspects of the business, providing day–to–day legal input on business and strategy, serving as primary legal support on a variety of agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business–centric ways. This position is based at our Newark, NJ campus – 20 minutes from Manhattan, with some work–from–home flexibility.
As a Corporate Counsel, LATAM, you will
- Provide ongoing legal counsel across a wide range of areas, including digital media, product, marketing, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft and negotiate strategic agreements, including content, marketing, business development, and other commercial agreements.
- Help to create and deliver legal trainings and self–service reference guides for the business.

Minimum Requirements:
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience practicing law.
