The firm seeks a Patent Agent to join the Intellectual Property ( "IP ") group in our New York office.
Duties include preparing and prosecuting patent applications, performing patent landscape and freedom–to–operate analysis, and conducting IP due diligence.
Candidates will have a degree in an electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering, along with a strong background in computer science/software.
Two or more years of experience and strong academic credentials are preferred.
Candidates must have strong academic credentials, as well as outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.

The anticipated salary range is $135,000 to $200,000. The actual base salary offered will be dependent upon the applicant's experience and qualifications, as well as other job–related factors, including but not limited to, relevant skills, education, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, geographic location.
