LEGAL ANALYST AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $90K to $110K (based upon candidate and experience); and Paid OT (if worked)
Discretionary Year–end Bonus; and Excellent Benefits
Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for a proactive, detail–oriented Legal Analyst to work closely with attorneys in the organization's Legal & Compliance Department. The role provides broad exposure to the firm's activities.
We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
At least Two (2) years of work experience in a Paralegal or Administrative role with exposure to Legal Matters is preferred.
Well–developed analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management acumen, and an impressive work ethic.
Familiarity with intellectual property agreements, event agreements, trading agreements, and/or investment fund documentation is beneficial.
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
You will work on a wide range of document management and project support activities in connection with the firm's commercial transactions and legal matters, which may include intellectual property agreements, event agreements, trading agreements, and investment fund documentation.
