A distinguished global law firm is actively seeking Senior Associates with 5–7 years of experience for their San Francisco office. They specialize in complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters, covering a diverse range of practice areas, including antitrust litigation, securities litigation and enforcement, white–collar defense and investigations, global compliance and anticorruption, M&A/shareholder litigation, intellectual property litigation, and other complex commercial disputes. We are looking for accomplished Senior Associates with a passion for and experience in complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters for our client. The successful candidate will join the San Francisco office and contribute to the firm's core areas of practice. What you will be doing:

Handle complex civil litigation cases

Engage in regulatory enforcement and investigation matters

Work across diverse practice areas such as antitrust, securities, white–collar defense, global compliance, M&A/shareholder litigation, intellectual property, and complex commercial disputes
What you must have:

5–7 years of experience in civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation

Strong academic qualifications
-
Excellent writing skills
-
California Bar license

Salary/Rate Range: $215,000 – $415,000
Compensation aligned with standard market–rate salary scale. Additional components of the total compensation and benefits package include:
