Sideman & Bancroft is a mid–size San Francisco firm with a strong intellectual property practice group built to service companies in all stages of development. Our traditional intellectual property practice is distinguished by a number of unique specialty practices such as criminal enforcement of intellectual property theft/abuse, online IP enforcement, and global customs enforcement. We represent some of the largest and most recognized brands (as well as smaller and "up and coming" companies) and provide full–service brand protection support, including IP prosecution and registration work, non–litigation enforcement work, substantial civil litigation, and in many cases criminal referrals.
The firm has an opening for an Intellectual Property Litigation/Enforcement associate with 3–6 years of experience and strong writing skills. Prior experience with Lanham Act and copyrights is desired, as well as litigation experience (such as motion practice and depositions). The right candidate will be given significant responsibility representing large and small clients.
California bar membership is required.
Sideman & Bancroft is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
