Trademark Attorney - San Francisco

We are seeking an experienced Trademark Attorney with 5–7 years of experience to join our Intellectual Property Group. Must be able to independently handle trademark clearance searches/opinions, prosecute trademark applications, and manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, post–registration maintenance, enforcement matters, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. We are looking for someone on a PART–TIME or FULL–TIME basis. We will also consider a 100% remote candidate if you are not located near one of our offices.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a J.D., be admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction in the United States and have no less than five (5) years of relevant practice experience.
• Prior experience in Trademark Prosecution and management of domestic and international trademark portfolios.
