Senior Legal Counsel (Part-Time)

Through continued successes and growth in further delivering upon our purpose, we are looking to recruit a SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, to join our growing Legal Department on a part–time 3 or 4 days a week basis. (open to discussion)

This role, open to Practice as well as In–house applicants, offering that stimulating, ever changing variety of inhouse legal working areas such as:

• Commercial contracts

• Data Protection

• Intellectual Property

• Property & Estate (including new store/concession openings)

To really shine within this role, you will need to not only have a knowledge of the above key legal areas, but possess:

• Endless curiosity in exploring further into scenarios pragmatically.

• Offer risk insight, guidance and solutions to meet the business needs.

• Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally as a business partner in working with postroom through to boardroom, from hands on through to senior complex.

• Is eager to drive results, in an effective, efficient, and time orientated way.

• Someone who gets that joy and buzz from delivering the outcomes, as well as the means.
