We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of business litigation cases and contribute to the firm's success. Focus:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of business litigation matters.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive memoranda.
  • Participate in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
  • Manage case files, ensuring timely progression of litigation.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal strategies.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Provide clients with clear, actionable legal advice.

Skill Set:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • A minimum of 2–4 years of business litigation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a variety of cases with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail–oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
