We are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of business litigation cases and contribute to the firm's success. Focus:
- Represent clients in a wide range of business litigation matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive memoranda.
- Participate in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
- Manage case files, ensuring timely progression of litigation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal strategies.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Provide clients with clear, actionable legal advice.
Skill Set:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- A minimum of 2–4 years of business litigation experience.
- Proven ability to manage a variety of cases with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 firm is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail–oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
