Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of patent litigation experience. Applicants must have a strong academic record and a technical background is preferred (electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics, biology or life sciences or similar subject). Judicial clerkship, industry, and/or patent prosecution experience, as well as USPTO registration, are preferred but not required. Experience and interest in other types of litigation is a plus. Applicants interested in our Raleigh, Winston–Salem, Dallas, or Atlanta offices will be considered. Attorney candidates with corresponding state bar for preferred office location a plus.
