Corporate Attorney

Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company to find a Corporate Generalist Attorney with a background in transactional law. This is a temporary role that could potentially transition into a permanent position. The role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate intricate commercial transactions.
2. Experience with preparing, negotiating, and revising software licensing, SaaS, and technology service agreements.
3. Build and sustain client relationships.
4. Provide guidance on compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
5. Interpret legal statutes and regulations for the firm and its clients.
6. Support the Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property teams.
7. Handle additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
2. Strong academic background.
3. 5–10 years of relevant experience.
4. Preferably experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions and Intellectual Property.
5. Skilled in MS Office Suite.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong work ethic and ability to adhere to tight deadlines.

Details:

1. Employment type: Contract
2. Compensation: $50–75/hr
