Legal Support Coordinator
Hours: Monday–Friday, Hybrid
Compensation: $68,000–$71,000
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Requirements:
Year(s) of Experience: 2–3 years of Legal Administrative/Executive Assistant experience
Education: Bachelor Degree preferred
Additional: Experience with InTapp is a plus. Proficiency in MS Suite and Adobe is required.
- Experience with contracts is a plus.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to our client's legal team, including calendar management, proofreading legal documents, travel coordination, and managing expense reports.
- Deadline Management: Ensure all legal deadlines are met, including those for subpoena responses, trademark filings, and government submissions.
- Conflict Resolution: Assist in the conflicts process by entering checks, generating reports, and conducting intake reviews for new matters.
- Documentation Management: Maintain integrity of data and records, update databases, and assist with special projects as needed.
- Legal Document Preparation: Create legal documents, such as subpoena responses and objections, using department templates for attorney review.
What You'll Need for Success:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a legal support role, preferably in a big law environment.
