iBuyis one of the world's leading distributors of consumer electronics and we are growing fast.We have a newly created positionfor a specializedCorporate Attorneyto serve as in–house counsel and handle all complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Analytical, problem–solving and research skills.
• Negotiate deals and attend company meetings
• Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g., intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents

Job Requirements

• Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws)
• BS degree in Law
• Excellent negotiation and communications
