Patent Litigation Associate

Mid–Sized GP Firm with Cravath level compensation.
Very active practice at the PTAB and ITC.
National "Tier 1" in Patent Law, by US News & World Report.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA–accredited law school
2. Admitted to or eligible for admission in California
3. Patent litigation experience in district court and/or before the International Trade Commission
4. A technology background in electrical engineering, computer science or related field preferred
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
7. Professionalism in engaging with clients
8. Ability to stay organized and exercise attention to detail
