Tech and IP Litigation Lawyer

A prestigious US law firm client is looking to strengthen its Litigation practice in London by hiring a junior associate with first–rate experience in technology and intellectual property disputes.

The firm's dedicated technology and intellectual property litigation team advises a high–profile client base on complex technology disputes, often relating to trade secrets, patents and copyright concerning software development and licensing, cloud, life sciences, and AI–related implementations. The work often involves IP crossover issues involving breach of contract, contractual interpretation, IT infrastructure, the misuse of data, and reputational threats.

The ideal associate will be England & Wales qualified and have 1–2 years PQE gained at a recognised technology and/or intellectual property disputes practice. Strong academic background and a stable career record are required for this role.
