Patent Litigation/Life Sciences Associate – Am Law 50 Firm 
About the Position:
Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking a patent litigation attorney to join its Chicago team as a mid–level associate. The attorneys in this cutting–edge practice represent some of the most highly recognized corporations and brands with patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation matters. Target candidates will have 3 or more years of experience handling and/or managing Hatch–Waxman or biotherapeutics cases as well as experience litigating therapeutics cases.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience handling and/or managing Hatch–Waxman or biotherapeutics cases in District Court or before the PTAB
- Experience litigating and managing therapeutics cases (biologic or chemical)
- Excellent academic credentials
