Job title: Claims Services Lead
Location: Manchester
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch, office based
Start date: As soon as possible
We are looking for a Claims Services Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of an industry leading litigation team, running the claims services team which handles the onboarding of customers, reporting into the Operations Director.
The ideal candidate will have experience running a call centre environment, be exceptionally organised and have experience in managing large teams.

The Role
The role will include:
- Managing the Claims Services Team (c.20 people)
- Relationship management with key customers
- Communicating and managing sources on a daily basis
- Driving initiatives within the team to improve service and efficiency
- Member of the leadership team
- Being Mindful of Money Laundering and reporting to Money Laundering Officer any suspicious transactions and our SRA regulatory obligations
- Working with the legal team to progress cases

- Previous experience managing a call centre
- Knowledge of Proclaim an advantage
