The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Litigation lawyer with a strong track record in FRAND (Fair, Reasonable and Non–Discriminatory) matters to join our growing team in London. You will play a key role in all stages of patent litigation, with a particular focus on FRAND disputes arising from standard–essential patents (SEPs).

Responsibilities

  1. Manage all aspects of patent litigation matters, from pre–action advice to trial and beyond.
  2. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies for clients involved in FRAND disputes.
  3. Conduct complex legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
  4. Manage client relationships and keep them informed of developments.
  5. Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and colleagues in other disciplines.

Qualifications

  1. Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years of PQE.
  2. Strong experience in IP litigation, with a proven track record in FRAND matters.
  3. In–depth knowledge of UK and European patent law, including SEP licensing.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast–paced environment.
  6. Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.
