Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a national law firm with a stellar reputation is seeking a top notch litigation paralegal for their IP division. The opportunity is exciting and will support partners specializing in high profile copy write and infringement cases. The work is very interesting and the group is wonderful. The candidate can either have experience preferably as an IP paralegal, however, commercial litigation paralegal experience is also acceptable for this role. Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Trademark or Copy–write/infringement or commercial litigation, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

• Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial litigation, from inception through trial


• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.


• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.


• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.


• Coordinate and assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparations.


• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.


• Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and other trial–related documents.

• Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.


• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.


• Quick learner


• Strong understanding of the litigation process and legal terminology.


• Proficient in legal research tools and software.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


• Detail–oriented with a high level of accuracy in work product.
