Holley & Menker, P.A., a boutique intellectual property firm with offices in California and Florida, is seeking an experienced mid-level trademark associate with USPTO, TTAB, and foreign case experience. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and writing skills, and at least three years of trademark prosecution experience with a mid-size to large law firm. This is not an entry level position. Remote work is possible.
